Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests received after the 7-day period may not be accepted.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

A product may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The wrong product was received.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The customer received an incorrect size.
  • The product is unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Size Exchange

A one-time size exchange is available within the 7-day return period, subject to the availability of the requested size.

If the requested size is unavailable, an exchange may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed.
  • The product has been damaged by the customer.
  • Original tags have been removed or are missing.
  • The product has been altered or modified.
  • The product has stains, odour or other signs of use.
  • The return request is made after the 7-day period.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

1. Contact Us

Please provide your order number, product details and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Approval

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or exchange.

Please wait for approval before sending the product back.

3. Return Pickup

Once the request is approved, a return pickup may be arranged through our third-party courier partner.

For certain approved cases, we may provide specific return instructions.

4. Product Inspection

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by Levin Enterprises.

The product must meet the applicable return conditions mentioned in this policy.

5. Refund / Exchange

After successful inspection:

  • Eligible exchanges will be processed based on product and size availability.
  • Eligible refunds will be initiated after return approval.

Return Shipping Charges

For products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

Levin Enterprises will arrange the applicable return pickup.

For eligible customer-requested size exchanges or other approved returns, applicable return shipping charges may apply.

Refund Policy

For approved returns, refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

For prepaid orders:
The eligible refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders:
The eligible refund may be processed through a suitable bank account or UPI method provided by the customer.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

Customers should not send products directly to the courier company or to any address without receiving return approval from Levin Enterprises.

All returns and exchanges must be processed through the official Levin Enterprises customer support process.
